Located in the heart of the Vercors, in the center of the pretty village of Lans en Vercors, the apartment "The Snowy Deer" welcomes you in a cozy and cozy cocoon in the colors of nature. Lans en Vercors is a village easily served by the public transport network (Transisère) from Grenoble. It will take you 40 minutes from Grenoble by bus or car to reach the center of the village where the studio is located. Close to all amenities: tourist office, restaurants, ski and bike rental agencies, shuttle to the resort, weekly market, local grocery stores, etc. Tourists or pedestrians will be spoiled for choice regarding the many activities on the Vercors plateau (hiking, skiing, canyoning, paragliding ...). Lans-en-Vercors is a village located at the crossroads of many villages to visit for their attractiveness (Villard de Lans, Autrans, Méaudre, Saint-Nizier Moucherotte ...)

Description of the rental:

The accommodation "The Snowy Deer" is a beautiful studio available for rent throughout the year. It can be rented for a minimum of 2 nights. The studio is decorated in style "modern chalet", completely renovated and equipped to nine in the summer of 2018 (furniture + bedding included). We, Grégory and Maude, owner couple, lovers of nature and the Vercors massif, we put all our heart and passion for interior design so that you feel good in this apartment. The accommodation is located in a small quiet residence and has a nice view of the mountains. You can also enjoy the tennis court at the foot of the residence.

The studio of 25 square meters is fully equipped and comfortable:
- An equipped kitchen: electric hob, crockery, kitchen utensils, appliances, melted, raclette, pancakes, pressure cooker, washing machine, etc.
- The necessary cleaning: broom, mop, vacuum cleaner
- A washing machine
- A bar hiding garbage cans and cutlery
- A table and chairs that can comfortably accommodate between 4 and 6 people
- A 2-seater sofa bed as a main bed
- TV with TNT and heating adapted to mountain temperatures
- A storage cabinet containing board games and tourist brochures
- A wardrobe containing shelves and step-foot
- A cabin room with bunk bed 2 times 1 place that can accommodate 80kg each maximum
- A toilet toilet
- A bathroom with bathtub decorated with a typical chalet style.
- A ski locker in the basement of the residence containing old skis and sleds that can be used

We provide with the rental:

- All appliances needed to cook (stove, pots, dishes, fondue, raclette, crepe etc.)
- Heating, electricity and water
- A friendly and cozy space, ideal for couples or families looking for relaxation
- Television and washing machine
- Pillows and duvets for all sleeping
- Protective mattress pads on mattresses and pillows
- A hair dryer
- The toilet paper
- Board games
- Tennis rackets, old skis and toboggans in the ski locker

We do not provide:

- sheets, fitted sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers
- Towels
- Housekeeping

Other remarks concerning the rental:

We do not charge a cleaning fee, therefore, renters must empty the trash (and put back a trash bag) and do the cleaning (including dished and tidy dishes) of the accommodation before leaving the apartment.
